Safran Labinal is a supplier to Boeing, providing the wiring harnesses use dint he new Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft.  12,300 SF of flex space has been renovated into a mixed officc/industrial facility for Labinal Inc.'s Safran Group. 

Interstate Resources, Inc, Columbia, SC

• 185,000 SF Renovation
• Building frame modifications to accommodate manufacturing equipment installation

Miller-Valentine Group, Columbia, SC

Historic renovation of the former Columbia Supply Co. building -- This 2-story, 18,500 SF mixed-use building which includes 8,200 SF urban retail/restaurant space and 9,000 SF professional office space is the new home for Miller-Valentine Group's Columbia office.

Links Unlimited, Cincinnati, OH

Architect: ATA Beilharz Architects

MV Commercial Construction constructed this new office building and warehouse facility for Links Unlimited according to the US Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards and is pursuing a certification of Silver.  In addition to design/build construction services, MV Commercial Construction provided initial investment analysis, site analysis and acquisition negotiations, incentive negotiations at both local and state levels, assistance in procurement in financing and SBA financing, and furniture analysis and selection.
