MILLER-VALENTINE GROUP TO HANDLE DESIGN AND RENOVATION OF NEW FACILITY

Transportation Services Company To Relocate Headquarters To Mason

CINCINNATI, (March 17, 2008) - Bush Transportation Systems, an established service leader in the commercial truck industry, announced today plans to relocate its Symmes Township corporate offices to a 23,000 square-foot facility at 6961 Cintas Parkway in Mason.

Bush Transportation Systems provides a range of transportation services to independent owners of trucks and trailers and corporate fleets, including tailored lease programs, fleet management, logistics, and the design and building of specialty trucks for commercial and government markets. For over 35-years the company has served regional and Fortune 500 companies including FedEx, DHL, Pepperidge Farm, Sara Lee and FTD.

The new facility will provide one central location to house all staff and operations of Bush Transportation Systems’ subsidiaries, including Bush Specialty Vehicles, Bush Truck Leasing, and PTG Logistics.

According to Bush Transportation Systems’ President John Catalano, relocating to a larger facility is necessary to accommodate the company’s rapid growth – which is the direct result of executing the company’s successful business plan. “Locating employees from each operating company under one roof significantly increases our ability to provide and expand the services that our clients are requiring,” said Catalano.

Miller-Valentine’s Design and Renovation Division is undertaking the project to completely renovate the facility into 22,000 square-feet of office space and 1,000 square feet for a storage warehouse.

“Miller-Valentine strategically worked with Bush Transportation to find an ideal location that offered the visibility and proximity to I-71, yet still remained grounded in the Cincinnati region,” said Chris Duval, Director of Business Development. “We are excited to completely transform this structure into an office facility that will position Bush Transportation to successfully carry out its future business plans.” Construction is underway and is expected to be complete May 2008.
