Charleston OB/GYN Closes on 9,000 SF Unit in Marsh Oak Medical Park
Charleston, SC-June 23, 2009 - While real estate sales can't compare to this time last year, Miller-Valentine Group continues to find location and quality developments continue to sell. That's the case with the recent sale of an office condominium unit located in Marsh Oak Medical Park, adjacent to Roper St. Francis Hospital in West Ashley, to Charleston OB/GYN.
