Apartment community convenient to downtown Charlotte
Charlotte, North Carolina (January 14, 2008) – MV Residential, a division of Miller-Valentine Group, has begun work on the Reserve at Stone Hollow, located ½ mile from I-85 and the Concord Mills mall. The 194-unit garden-style apartment community is slated for completion in December of 2008. Preleasing will begin in June. Reserve at Stone Hollow is strategically located in Concord, one of Charlotte’s fastest growing suburbs.

Reserve at Stone Hollow is a joint venture between Miller-Valentine Group and Boston-based CrossHarbor Capital Partners, LLC, which committed $66 million of equity to jointly develop over $450 million of luxury apartment communities throughout the United States, with a primary focus in the Midwest and Southeast over the next three years.
