Harold "Skip" Perry Joins Miller-Valentine Group Advisory Board
Dayton, OH (February 15, 2010) Miller-Valentine Group announced today the addition of Harold "Skip" Perry, an experienced finance and real estate professional to the company's advisory board.
Perry, a 35-year veteran of the real estate industry, is a Managing Director with Alvarez and Marsal Real Estate Advisory Services in Chicago. His specialty is in consulting and accounting matters in the real estate industry where he has served both major corporate and real estate clients.
"Skip provides invaluable financial real estate experience which will help round out the talents of our advisory board," noted Bill Krul, CEO. "We began our advisory board in 1999 by putting together a distinguished group of professionals who would act as a "sounding board" for our partners and help us brainstorm strategic ideas for future growth. Skip will be a great asset to that team."
Perry is a CPA and holds the MAI designation with the Appraisal Institute and a CRE designation with the Counselors of Real Estate. His memberships include: Illinois CPA Society, Appraisal Institute, National Association of Realtors, Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors, Lambda Alpha International (Honorary Land Economics Fraternity, Ely Chapter), Urban Land Institute, National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT) and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
