MV Realty Awarded AMO of the Year Award
MV Realty Awarded Accredited Management Organization (AMO) of the Year Award Dayton, OH (January 1, 2011) MV Realty, a division of Miller-Valentine Group, has been awarded the Accredited Management Organization (AMO) of the Year Award by the Cincinnati/Dayton Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. This award is given to an AMO firm committed to the advancement of professional property management; whom seeks and maintains equitable, honorable and cooperative association with fellow members of IREM; places honesty, integrity and industriousness above all else to the end that service to their clients is always maintained at the highest possible level and complies with the principles and declarations of the Institute of Real Estate Management as set forth in its Bylaws, Regulations and Code of Professional Ethics. MV Realty was made eligible for this award in part due to the commitment and dedication of its Certified Property Managers to IREM Chapter 9 and its mission to serve the needs of all real estate management professionals as evidenced by their presence at luncheons, programs, educational and community events along with volunteers serving on Education, Programs, Community Service Committees and the Executive Council.
