Derek Mathis of Miller-Valentine Group
Named to Lowcountry Children's Center Board of Directors
August 17, 2011 - Miller-Valentine Group is pleased to announce Derek Mathis has been elected to the Board of Directors for The Dee Norton Lowcountry Children's Center, a non-profit organization that offers child abuse victim services, prevention, and support. The center opened its doors in 1991 and currently serves over 1,100 children and their families in Charleston and Berkeley counties each year.
Mr. Mathis has over 12 years of experience in the real estate industry. He has been involved in numerous philanthropic organizations including United Way, Kiwanis, and Rotary Club.
