Miller-Valentine Group to Build Class “A” Office Buildings at Red Bank Village First of two office buildings to “tilt-up” Thursday, September 27
Cincinnati, OH (September 21, 2007) – Miller-Valentine Group will take an important step in bringing Red Bank Village to life with a tilt-up tour for community leaders for the first of two Class “A” office buildings. The tour will take place at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, September 27 at 3960 Red Bank Road, approximately 1 ¼ mile south of the Red Bank Road exit from I-71.
In July, 2007 Miller-Valentine Group purchased four acres of the mixed-use Red Bank Village development project from Regency Centers. Miller-Valentine plans to build two, 38,000 squarefoot, two-story buildings – to be known as The Office Center at Red Bank Village. Each building will offer office condominiums for either sale or lease. The office condos are available in footprints ranging from 2,500 square-feet to 38,000 square-feet for a tenant wishing to have sole occupancy of one building. Tenants will be able to take occupancy in the first quarter of 2008.
“We are already experiencing great interest in these condos,” said Rob MacLachlan, Vice President Leasing and Business Development. “The Red Bank Road area has experienced a rebirth and a renewed interest and The Office Center at Red Bank Village is the first offering of office condos for sale in this area.”
MacLachlan indicated that the office condos are likely to appeal to both general and medical office uses.
“When the Red Bank Village complex is complete, the employees and any visitors to The Office Center at Red Bank Village will enjoy the additional benefits of the retail stores, restaurants, banks and other amenities that will be just outside their door,” said Theodore Shannon, Mayor, Village of Fairfax. “And, of course Red Bank Village has the Cincinnati Sports Mall and a new Wal-Mart SuperCenter at either end of the Village.”
“The Office Center at Red Bank Village is a real winner for businesses, medical practices, their employees and any visitors or customers,” said Dan McCarthy, Development Associate, Miller- Valentine Group. “The Red Bank Road area is an established commuter corridor which offers great visibility to the business and provides access for people from so many communities around greater Cincinnati. And, that means people can get to and from work easily and quickly.”
