Miller-Valentine Group Begins New Construction on WaterStone Landing Near Toledo
CINCINNATI (September 29, 2008) – Miller Valentine Group announced today that
construction has begun on WaterStone Landing, a 288-unit apartment community located
in Perrysburg near Toledo, Ohio. Scheduled completion of this project is March 2010
with preleasing beginning in April 2009.
“Through our analytical property research, we identified Perrysburg as a thriving
community and an ideal location to develop apartment style living designed for families
and young professionals,” said Brian McGeady, Director of Multi-Family Development
with Miller-Valentine Group. “WaterStone Landing will allow Residents to enjoy
entertainment and dining at Levis Commons, which is within walking distance of the
apartment community, while living in one of the top school districts in the area.”
WaterStone Landing gives residents a choice of luxurious one, two or three bedroom
floor plans, which average over 1,100 square feet. Community features include a
swimming pool, community clubhouse, laundry facilities, and fitness center.
