Miller-Valentine Group Finishing Construction of Two New Banking Offices for Huntington Bank

DAYTON, March 29, 2007 - Miller-Valentine Group is nearing completion of two new Huntington banking offices located at Plantation Pointe in Florence, Kentucky and Bridgewater Falls in Hamilton, Ohio. Both offices are scheduled for occupancy in April.

The two banking offices are a new prototype design, which includes traditional wood frame construction with brick and shingles for a warm and friendly appeal. Each project is 3,000 square feet plus a three lane drive-thru.

Huntington Bank and Miller-Valentine Group have a long-term working relationship - University Pointe in West Chester, Ohio and Settler's Walk in Springboro, Ohio were the first Huntington banking offices to use a prototype design and were completed by Miller-Valentine Group in fall 2003.
