REISENFELD & ASSOCIATES TO MOVE TO NEW OFFICES AT RED BANK VILLAGE Groundbreaking ceremony to take place May 22, 2008 3-5 p.m.
Cincinnati, OH (May 22, 2008) - Reisenfeld & Associates, a rapidly expanding Cincinnati area law firm, has announced its relocation to new offices to be built by Miller-Valentine Group at Red Bank Village. The new site will be dedicated at a groundbreaking ceremony for friends of the firm and community leaders on Thursday, May 22 from 3-5 p.m.
Reisenfeld & Associates, founded almost 50 years ago by Sylvan Reisenfeld, has tripled in size over the past three years. In addition, the firm acquired Sojourners Title agency in early 2008 to complement its rapidly expanding practice. The title agency also will be housed in the Reisenfeld building. "We are very excited about the upcoming construction of our new building," said Brad Reisenfeld, who co-owns the firm with Sylvan Reisenfeld. "We are looking forward to taking this next step in our growth which will allow us to provide the most up-to-date facilities for our staff, as well as the highest level of representation to our clients."
Currently, Reisenfeld & Associates is operating out of two offices totaling 25,000 square feet. The new location at 3962 Red Bank Road is 38,000 square feet giving the firm a central location for service while providing great accessibility in serving its clients.
"The Office Center at Red Bank Village is an ideal location for firms such as Reisenfeld & Associates," said Dan McCarthy, Developer, Miller-Valentine Group. "With clients in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky, the Red Bank Road corridor provides the convenience that Reisenfeld & Associates needs. We began seeing a trend toward this location a couple of years ago, and we expect interest in this area to grow in the future."
The building for Reisenfeld & Associates is the second building by Miller-Valentine Group in the Red Bank Village development. The first office building is expected to be completed June 1. The Reisenfeld & Associates project is scheduled to be completed by the end of the year, with Reisenfeld & Associates taking occupancy in January 2009.
