LabCorp is the Newest Tenant at Highland Center Professional Park
COLUMBIA, S.C. - February 1, 2009 - Miller-Valentine Group announces the sale of an office condominium in their Highland Center Professional Park Development, located at the corner of Hardscrabble and Farrow Roads in Northeast Columbia.
RCK Development, LLC purchased a 1,500 square-feet, end cap unit in Building I of the Highland Center Professional Office Condominiums. RCK Development purchased this space as an investment and will lease the office to LabCorp, who provides medical laboratory tests and services.
"LabCorp is a great addition to the park. Highland Center's location offers convenient access for LabCorp's customers in the Northeast Columbia area," said Robert King, broker with NAI Avant.
LabCorp will join Medical Park Pediatrics & Adolescence, which moved into the park in 2007. Highland Center Park is a 24-acre master planned, mixed-use business park, offering medical and office condominiums, along with available lots for future retail and office development.
