Miller-Valentine Group Sells Office Condominium in Charleston
CHARLESTON, S.C. - February 2, 2009 - Miller-Valentine Group announces the sale of their newly built office condominium, located in Marsh Oak Medical Park, adjacent to Roper St. Francis Hospital in West Ashley.
C2G2, LLC, also known by its trade name Winyah Development Partners, purchased the 12, 000 square feet, Class "A" building. Winyah Development Partners is a Pawleys Island based real estate investment and development company, focusing on medical office and net-lease investment properties.
The office condominium will be occupied by Winyah Hospice Care, a hospice service provider, focusing on the needs of individuals in their final stage of life, Amedysis, also a provider of hospice services and home health care and Miller-Valentine Group, a development and construction company.
