Miller-Valentine Group Associates Participate in Leadership Columbia Project
COLUMBIA, S.C. - May. 22, 2008 - Several Miller-Valentine Group Associates participated in Leadership Columbia’s community service project remodeling the Carolina Boys’ Home, a rehabilitation center for teenage boys.
With more than one thousand hours and over fifty thousand dollars worth of donated supplies, Miller-Valentine Group Associates and other local businesses volunteered their time to renovate the building’s kitchen, upstairs bathroom, heating and air systems and ductwork. Miller-Valentine Group is a full-service real estate company whose developments include Carolina Pines I and II and the upcoming Center Vista. Active in community involvement, Miller-Valentine Group has worked with several other volunteer organizations throughout the Midlands such as United Way and the Ray Tanner Foundation.
