2008 HBA SAM AWARDS
Cincinnati, Ohio (March 17, 2009) - Lifestyle Communities by Miller-Valentine Group had an impressive showing at the 2008 Greater Cincinnati Homebuilding Association's Sales and Marketing Council Awards held on Friday, March 13, 2009, at the Kenwood Country Club, winning 7 Industry Achievement Awards. The SAM Awards are designed to recognize the "Best and the Brightest" for excellence in new home sales and marketing. Each entry is judged by a distinguished panel of highly qualified judges, selected for their expertise in the new home industry.
Lifestyle Communities walked away with awards in the following categories: Best Logo of the Year; Best Sales Brochure of the Year, Best Direct Mail; Best Special Promotion; Best Overall Sign Program; Best Interior Merchandising for a Detached Single Family Home with a Sales Price of $250,000 - $399,999; and Best Product Design for a Detached Single Family Home with a Sales Price of $250,000 - $399,999. "This was the second year in a row we won in the categories of Best Sales Brochure, Best Interior Merchandising and Best Product Design," noted Kerry Seitel, Director of Sales and Marketing for Lifestyle Communities.
